Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail. Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Personalised and custom embroidery is made to order, so please allow a little longer, and we will confirm timings with you when your order is placed.

Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery times are outside our control, and Embroidery by Mac cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the postal service. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@embroiderybymac.com and we will help track it down.

Digital patterns are delivered by download and email, with no shipping required.
